Autumn in Sicily Cooking Class or how to grill on charcoal without using a grill?!

It's already pretty cold outside, so who would like to fire up the grill in the garden or on the balcony? But maybe you would like this awesome taste of charcoal on your food in the Autumn & Winter season.

It exists a simple trick therefore. If you take a look on the photo you already get it, right?

First grill, whatever you would like to grill, in a grill pan. Then heat up a piece of charcoal with the blow torch. When it is glowing light red you direct the flame towards the food you would like to get some better taste. Don't overdo it because you would burn or dry your food. Just take a smell. Usually you will get the typical barbecue smell after some seconds.
